j222 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and j222 ("j222", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the j222 website located at j222.io and all associated services, products, games, and features made available through the platform.

By accessing the j222 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or feature offered on j222, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. • One Account Only: Each player is entitled to maintain exactly one registered account on j222. Any activity carried out through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility unless you have reported the unauthorised access to j222 support promptly and in writing.
• Account Verification (KYC): j222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to submit identity documents (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of your registered payment method (bKash account screenshot, Nagad account confirmation, etc.) before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting j222 support. Outstanding balances will be returned to your verified payment method subject to the withdrawal process described in Section 4.

All financial transactions on j222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). j222 does not charge players any platform-level transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own standard service charges.

Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. j222 may add or remove payment methods at any time. The availability of a specific payment method is not guaranteed.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your j222 account within approximately 30 seconds of confirmation.
• j222 only accepts deposits from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to your verified payment method only. j222 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• Standard processing time: 1–3 hours for bKash and Nagad; up to 24 hours for card withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending KYC verification.

• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they become withdrawable.

• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash directly.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the j222 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and specialty games:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at j222's discretion. j222 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason. In the case of manifestly incorrect odds — including pricing errors, data feed failures, or technical glitches — j222 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Settlement: All sports bets are settled on the basis of official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). Live in-play bets are settled based on the official match result at the conclusion of the relevant event unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play time has elapsed (as defined by the relevant sport's rules), bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j222. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using a j222 account on behalf of, or funded by, any third party.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the j222 platform or its content without the prior written consent of j222.
